Do I share my Facebook, KSL, or other account login?

No. You never share passwords. UtahLister prepares the copy, pricing, photo order, and reply templates so you can post from your own account.

Do you guarantee my item will sell?

No. UtahLister improves clarity and posting readiness, but final sale timing depends on local demand, price, buyer behavior, your account, and item accuracy.

What does the 24-hour guarantee mean?

Your listing package is delivered within 24 hours after the intake is fully completed and payment is confirmed. It is a delivery guarantee, not a sale guarantee.

Which marketplaces are included?

Standard packages include Facebook Marketplace and KSL. Nextdoor and Craigslist can be added for $3.99 each.

Who handles buyer messages and pickup?

You do. The package includes buyer reply templates, but you keep the conversation, pickup scheduling, payment, and full payout.
